Terms and Conditions
Who we are
Razed holds licence no. ALSI-132405034-FI3. The licence comes from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, which also oversees how we operate.
Who can play
You must be 18 or older and also old enough for online gaming under the rules of the place where you live. We only accept players from places where online gambling is not prohibited, and checking the law where you live is your own responsibility. Players from sanctioned countries, and players who are sanctioned themselves, cannot use Razed.
Your account
Register with your name, date of birth, residential address and e-mail or mobile number, and keep these details accurate. One person may hold one account, and activity that looks like several linked accounts can lead to bonuses and winnings being removed. We may ask for proof of age, identity, address and the source of your funds, and we may call the phone number on your account as part of our checks.
Bonuses
Each promotion has its own rules for deposits, wagering, time limits and maximum bets. Stolen cards, chargebacks, multiple accounts, false registration details or bonus abuse can lead to bonuses and any winnings being voided.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits come from a crypto wallet under your control or another payment method shown in the cashier, and must use your own funds. Each deposit is wagered at least once before you can withdraw. Withdrawals go back through the method you used to deposit, and crypto is only paid to a personal crypto address. Large requests are paid in instalments when they go over a payment system's limit, and fiat withdrawals are capped at US$50,000 a month above your deposits for that month.
Inactive accounts
An account that has not been logged into for 12 months in a row is treated as dormant, and a monthly administrative fee may then be taken from a positive balance until the account is used again or the balance reaches zero.
Complaints and disputes
Tell us about a dispute in writing as soon as it comes up, and we will work with you to settle it within 14 days. If we cannot agree, the matter first goes to mediation under the laws of Anjouan. Our game server records decide any difference between what a screen showed and what the server logged.
