Who looks after your data

We are responsible for the personal data you share with Razed. By opening an account you agree to this policy, so please do not register if you do not want to share the details we need.

What we collect

We keep the details you give us when you register, such as your name, date of birth, address and contact details, together with your messages to us, your full transaction history and any documents you send for verification.

Why we use it

We use your data to run your account, process bets and payments, check who you are, help you through support and meet our duties against money laundering and the financing of terrorism. Unless you opt out, we may also send you news about our promotions by e-mail or phone.

Who can see it

Only staff who need it, such as our data protection, payments, anti-fraud and support teams, can see your data, and they are bound by confidentiality. We share data with payment processors, hosting and marketing partners and, when the law requires it, with regulators and law enforcement. Some of these partners may process data outside the EU and EFTA.

How long we keep it

Data from your registration and your account activity is kept for at least five years after your last transaction, as the law requires. You or we can close an account at any time, and after closure we keep only what the law asks us to.
